Clark County in Las Vegas selects Infinite Campus
Oct 31, 2012 – Blaine, Minn. – Clark County School District (CCSD), located in Las Vegas, Nevada, has selected Infinite Campus as its new student information system (SIS). CCSD is the fifth largest school district in the country, serving 311,238 students in and around the Las Vegas area.
“Clark County School District underwent a thorough RFP process where they evaluated the top SIS companies in the nation,” said Ashton Faires, Infinite Campus Regional Sales Manager. “Infinite Campus presented CCSD with many advantages. First, with all the uncertainty caused by acquisitions in the industry, Infinite Campus is a stable company, maintaining one product and the same CEO since 1993. Second, Infinite Campus provides robust functionality with full integration throughout its solution that sets it apart from other vendors. Finally, Infinite Campus is scalable for large districts like CCSD and statewide implementations. We are very excited to begin our long-term partnership with CCSD.”
For more than 18 years, Infinite Campus has successfully implemented its solutions for customers of all sizes. As the largest American-owned student information system provider, Infinite Campus manages more than 5.3 million students in 43 states. Infinite Campus customers range from those with fewer than 100 students to those with more than 600,000 students. Infinite Campus customers include school districts, regional consortia, state departments of education and the federal government.
“We are pleased that CCSD has chosen Infinite Campus allowing us to build on the success we have had in Nevada since Washoe County first selected our product in 2010,” said Charlie Kratsch, Infinite Campus Founder and CEO.
We look forward to working closely with CCSD during this transition and well into the future.”
