July 18, 2011 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus, Inc. announces the availability of Campus Online Registration to process new and returning student registration. Through the Campus Portal, parents are guided through the process which pre-populates available demographic data, links to district policies, and lets parents save their work to return later to complete.

“Registering students is a tedious and costly administrative district process,” states Charlie Kratsch, Infinite Campus Founder and CEO. “With Campus Online Registration districts can reduce operational costs, focus on exceptions and benefit from improved workflow efficiency.”

Parents of returning students are notified when the registration process is open or closed. Districts have the option to open the registration module to new parents online, or have parents complete registration from within the district offices prior to the creation of the enrollment record. They log into the system once to register all of their students. Parents update and/or enter demographic, health provider, allergy, health conditions, emergency contact, and student relationships. Parents can review, submit and print. It securely manages special custody arrangements so guardians have access only to the data they have the right to view.

Registration data entered by parents is submitted for administrative and health professional review and verification prior to acceptance into the Infinite Campus District Edition. The review ensures optimal data integrity.

Campus Online Registration lets districts configure it to meet specific requirements. Custom fields and tabs can be added, screen copy can be edited, and links can be provided to additional information to meet registration workflow requirements.
