Infinite Campus Announces eTranscript and Continuous Release E.1110 Availability
March 8, 2011 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus, Inc. announces the release of the Infinite Campus District Edition E.1110 student information system. Customers on the “E” (enhancement) line take advantage of the latest features and innovations available from Infinite Campus so they can respond quickly to the changes and challenges in education.
Campus eTranscript streamlines transcript processing by reducing staff effort and mailing costs. Using industry standard PESC XML, Campus eTranscript supports the creation of electronic transcripts for your PESC-compliant processing partner or by direct submission to a PESC-compliant postsecondary institution.
Parents
and students can manage the request process through the Campus Portal
authorizing the release of transcripts to desired postsecondary
institutions.
“I’m pleased to see Campus eTranscript released for our customers to
use as part of our base system,” said David VanMeter, Campus Chief
Knowledge Officer. “Lowering communication barriers with parents,
students, staff and their desired postsecondary institutions, while
reducing the cost of operation to our customer districts, strikes
directly on our vision for helping to improve school and district
operations.”
Highlights of the E.1110 release include:
- eTranscript to improve transcript processing.
- The ability to create multiple levels of folders to keep ad hoc reporting filters organized.
- Ad hoc pass-through queries and student selection filters can now be saved in multiple user groups.
- Seamless navigation to the Campus Community through a new icon added to the navigation tree for ease in accessing the knowledge base, forums and learning tools.
- Tracking of Title III funding at the school level.
- Numerous state reporting and localization enhancements.
Infinite Campus District Edition is a living solution continually growing to meet our customers’ needs and reflects the commitment of Infinite Campus to Transforming K12 Education.
