The end of the school year is an exciting time for students, teachers, and district staff. And while field days, picnics, and classroom activities play a large role in those final weeks, it’s important to not forget the many wind-down processes that need to take place, specifically within the Infinite Campus student information system.
Below are multiple (but not all) tasks to check off the list before officially closing out the 2023-24 academic year.

- Save lessons you want to reuse within the Campus Learning Suite curriculum library, as well as any files/notes needed for the next school year.
Administration- Finalize state and district reporting.
- Roll student enrollments forward.
- Review Infinite Campus tool rights and module access for all district staff and teachers.
- Complete and share the academic calendar for the next school year.
- Build out the master student schedule for the next academic year.
- Alert families of any outstanding payment balances.
- Prepare online registration processes for the fall semester (including extracurricular activity registration).
Technology- Order any equipment you’ll need for Campus Food Service, Campus Workflow, and Campus Payments.
- Inactivate newly graduated students’ food service accounts and pins.
