How do I report a technical security bug in an Infinite Campus product (SQLi, XSS, etc.)?

Submit the report to the product security incident response team with as much detail as possible to: psirt@infinitecampus.com.

So that we may more effectively respond to your report, please provide any supporting material (proof-of-concept code, tool output, etc.) that would be useful in helping us understand the nature and severity of the vulnerability. It is important to include as much as possible of the following information:

• District or school name;
• Your state;
• Product version affected (found on the login page);
• URL of the page;
• Description of the potential vulnerability;
• How was it discovered and some instructions so we can reproduce the problem; and
• Your contact information, if you would like us to reply.

In order to protect our customers and their data, Infinite Campus requests that you not post or share any information about a potential vulnerability in any public setting until we have researched, responded to, and addressed the reported vulnerability and informed customers if needed.
